Delete directly in the app
- Open MeinFall.
- Open Settings.
- Go to the Account section.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Without access to the app
If you no longer have access to MeinFall, you can request deletion of your account by email.
Please send the request from the email address associated with your MeinFall account to:

Which data will be deleted?
When the account is deleted, the MeinFall account and the associated synchronized data are deleted. This may include in particular:
- account data
- cases
- timeline entries
- contacts
- deadlines
- reminders
- synchronized documents
Retention of certain data
Data that must be retained due to legal obligations may remain stored for the legally required period. After the applicable retention period expires, such data will be deleted.
